“La Luce nel Coure” by Alberto Simone (2008)

Two days ago I started working in the film “La Luce nel Cuore” (aka In nome del figlio) by the Italian Director Alberto Simone. This movie is produced by Dauphine Film Company (Italy), Rai Fiction (Italy) and Delta Producciones (Argentina). It is a true story about a 10 year-old boy that in November 1992 falls into coma due to a brain stroke. We are filming in Buenos Aires for five weeks. The actors playing the leading roles are Renato Quattordio Dolhacaray (Argentinean young actor) as Gianluca Sciortino (the boy in coma); David Coco as the boy’s father and Lorenza Indovina as the mother. One more time I am working in the direction team with my friends and colleagues Cristian Pellegrini and Carina “Tur K” Sama.

Hace dos días comencé mi trabajo en la película “La Luce nel Cuore” (aka In nome del figlio) del director italiano Alberto Simone. Este largometraje está producido por Dauphine Film Company (Italia), Rai Fiction (Italia) y Delta Producciones (Argentina). Es la historia real de un niño de 10 años que en Noviembre de 1992 cae en coma debido a una hemorragia cerebral. Estaremos rodando la película en Buenos Aires por cinco semanas. Los actores que interpretan a los personajes principales son Renato Quattordio Dolhacaray (Argentino) como Gianluca Sciortino (el niño en coma); David Coco como el padre del niño y Lorenza Indovina como la madre. Una vez más formo parte del equipo de dirección junto con mis amigos y colegas Cristian Pellegrini and Carina “Tur K” Sama.
